Shipping

Ready to ship items are shipped out within 5-7 business days.

Made to order items are shipped out up to 2 weeks after your order is placed as each is handmade.

If you need your order shipped sooner, please email contact@hopscloset.com. 

Hop's Closet ships through USPS. Hop's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have any questions regarding your package after your order has shipped. Hop's Closet cannot guarantee the timing at which your package is received once shipped. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the items, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is an issue with your order (i.e. a damaged item or receiving the wrong item), please contact Hop's Closet within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale items are final sale.
